Cancellation and Changes
In the event of a cancellation, we are happy to seek a personal meeting first! If you find yourself in this situation, we are always available for you! Advance payments made will be returned or overwritten to a new desired period.
Our fair cancellation conditions are as follows: up to 21 days before arrival we offer free cancellation or postponement.
Up to 21 days before arrival we charge 60% of the agreed travel price.
From 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the agreed travel price.
If you do not arrive or cancel on the day of arrival, we unfortunately have to charge you 100% of the agreed travel price.
We ask for your understanding that we have to make an exception for the period December 23rd, 2023 to January 6th, 2024. Here you can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before your arrival!
Please note that a cancellation must always be communicated to us in writing by the booker and becomes binding with our confirmation.
We recommend European travel cancellation insurance as travel cancellation insurance.
