Wild Park Wildbichl

An unforgettable experience for young and old!

The wildlife park Wildbichl provides you an insight into the native fauna. At close range you can observe deer, ibexes, wild boars and many more. You will pass lynxes, wildcats, chamoises and mountain goats and catch a glimpse of the scarce ravens and owls. Enjoy the colourful wheel of the peacock, the many pheasants and the chitter chatter of the local birds. A special delight is a winter walk through the park. At the end of the walk is a playground with a mini digger and play street.

Foal farm Ebbs

Austria's biggest stud can be found a 10 minute drive away from Walchsee or a 15 minutes drive away from Kössen. More than 180 mares, stallions and foals have a home there. With its first-rate pure breed the foal farm is well known worldwide.

In recent years the stud turned into an exciting Haflinger adventure world which offers a first-class visitors tour. Explore the museum or have a look at the horses. Among them are the most famous Haflingers in the world – the World and European champions of the last 10 years

Hexenwasser Hochsöll

Astonishment, comprehension, understanding – everything about the element water in 30 stations. Take part in almost forgotten rituals and craftsmanship – corn grinding, bread baking, cheese making, honey extracting, wax rolling and Schnapps distilling.
